On Friday 18th October, we will be having a whole school assembly and morning focusing on celebrating 'Show Racism the Red Card Day'. This is an anti-racism campaign, founded in 1996 by Newcastle's goalkeeper Shaka Hislop. We take any form of discrimination very seriously at Elm Tree and have a zero tolerance policy towards any racist behaviour. This will be a great opportunity to explore the importance of diversity within our own communities whilst coming together as a school to Show Racism the Red Card!
