Lancashire Police have launched a new “Know Me to Help Me” (KM2HM) form to support young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, or ADHD who may be at risk of going missing.

The form can be completed in advance by parents, carers, or guardians and handed to police straight away if a young person goes missing. It includes important information that can help officers act quickly and effectively.
